Blaufränkisch premium 2000 : This wine sort delivers a powerful and discreetly tannic red wine. Its bukett presents itself fresh and with vibrant fruit, fine acidity with tones of liquorish and dark berries and equally highly fruity and velvety. Through its storage in barrels or bottles it shows even more elegance and smoothness. It harmonizes very well with venison meals. Recommended drinking temperature is 15 – 20°C after appropriate decanting.

JOSEF HAYDN – WEIN – Selection – red 2001 : Under this name we introduce to the market a cuvee of the most meaningful red wine sorts of Burgenland. This composition enchants through its concentrated tannins, which result together with the soft cassis and vanilla tones on the palate with a rich and soft red wine of selected quality. The strong character of this wine tastes good especially to venison, grilled steaks and hard cheese. Recommended drinking temperature is 18 – 20°C.
