Welschriesling spätlese premium – vintage
2002, late harvest :
Within this line,
the Welschriesling offers wines with fresh fruit taste. In
extraordinary years and regions, however, this variety may
also provide valuable quality wines of elegant taste. Due to
its dry character, the beginning over-ripening is very
stimulating. 13% alcohol content along with soft acid taste
make this variety serve well with fish dishes. Recommended
serving temperature is 12°C.

Neuburger
spätlese premium – vintage 2002, late
harvest :
The Neuburger variety has a delicate bouquet reminiscent of
nuts, with a lasting flavour. Its higher alcohol content is
balanced by harmonic proportion of residual sugar, thanks to
which this quality wine is particularly appealing. With
almost 14% alcohol content and 9 g/l of unfermented sugar,
this wine serves very well with goose liver or game pâté and
soups. Ideal serving temperature is 10 - 13°C.

„Natural sweet“ Cuvee – 2001
Trockenbeerenauslese premium – TBA
dried grapes :
Chardonnay, Pinot blanc and Scheurebe are partners of this brilliant wine with a
fascinating bouquet flattering our nose in a special way. 10.5% alcohol content,
175 g/l of residual sugar and ca. 8 g/l of acid create unique and balanced
delicacy, having motivated several winetasters to address complimentary odes to
it. Thanks to its harmony, this selection of dried grapes serves well with
Camembert-type cheese as well as with deserts. Recommended serving temperature
